Bird has been heard since last Wednesday in the area near Fleetwood Lane School and Hazelwood Lane.

You're right Stuart. The previous earliest record was 4th April I think. One was also reported in Oxon yesterday

Debbie (my wife) heard it on Wednesday, we both heard it Thursday and yesterday next door heard it calling could not pin point but appeared to be calling from area near school Wednesday and from right of that more towards Holbeach (maybe in the copse we can see from back of our house) Thursday and yesterday.
