Richard Lorand and I did a 3 hour sea watch in calm conditions. Rate of movement declined with time of watching, but started with 6 bonxies on arrival:
Bonxie 20>S
Pom skua 1>S
Long-tailed skua 1>S
Arctic skua 8>S
Manx shearwater 1>S
Gannet 235>S
Red-throated diver 20>S and 1 on sea
Great-crested grebe 2>S and 1 on sea
Goldeneye 1>S
Wigeon 22>S, 30N
Teal 73>S,
Common scoter 85>S
Velvet scoter 3>S and 2>N at least 3 birds
Eider 2>S
Pintail 4>S
Guillemot 2
Little gull 13>S. All in 1 group, mixed adults and immatures
Sandwich tern10>S
Commic tern>1S
Sanderling 145 on beach
