Riseholme college

5 Spotted flycatcher together mid afternoonat Riseholme college all in the same area
Could have bred on the site but no clue where

I visited the Riseholme site this morning where Ian had seen the 5 Spotted Flycatchers yesterday. I was there searching the area from 07.30 - 09.30 but the birds had moved on, although they could return later in the day. Disappointing, as it was my 6th or 7th visit this summer in search of those elusive Riseholme SpotFlys......without any success. :(

Although I didn't meet up with a Spotted Flycatcher, I did meet up with a Spotted Flycatcher........enthusiast : great to meet up with you on site at last, Ian, and pleased to have the chance of a SpotFly chat. :D
