Decided to see if I could find the Osprey and Common Crane

The Osprey appeared was I was on the river bank. it seemed to fly towards my car on Bonby Carr.
On the river bank I heard at least one grasshopper warbler reeling away and then saw it.

I then decided to walk to Saxby Bridge (somewhere I had never been before). It was a fair distance by the time I got back to the car

The crane was in the set aside field about 400 yards north of the bridge and showed well

You could see the osprey from Saxby Bridge even though it wasn't to far from Bonby. It sat in the same tree for about three hours

Enjoyable day
