A mild and overcast afternoon at Messingham produced the following:
On the way around: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker c40-50 Siskin - single flock accompanied by a lone Goldfinch, feeding on Alder seeds. 2 Willow tit (seen together - not as part of mixed flock) 1 Goldcrest 2 Wren 1 Dunnock 5 Robin - most singing really well. 3 Blackbird Large mixed flock Long Tailed tit, Blue Tit and Great tit
