Apparently it was with a mixed tit flock along with 5 Willow Warblers, 2 L Whitethroat and a Garden Warbler. Also in the area 4/5 Redstart and a Brambling.
The directions I got were that it was in the (ex?) ringing area adjacent to the car park. i was unable to go so more than this I cannot say!

somewhat surprisingly I spent 9 hours at Saltfleet today and saw not one single Lincs or any birder in spite of this claim -- not even the finder -- there was no sign of the said warbler in spite of there being 20+ Willow Warblers, 5 Chiffchaffs, L Whitethroat, 10+ Whitethroats, Blackcaps, 3 Whinchat, 14+ Redstarts, 21 Wheatears, 1 Spotted and 4 Pied Flys, 3 Curlew Sands and 1 Little Stint, 1 juv Peregrine but not a single Ortolan, Barred or Icterine or Rosefinch -

I think that's because the finder was out finding a R-b Fly at Donna Nook

Hi Graham I was there while you were watching the cover. I was about 150 yards behind you then you went away from the haven. Spent a couple of hours in the area then went to Stonebridge and fell lucky with the RBF esp as I don't have a pager. There was at least one other birder in the area. This was 10 am onwards.

did anyone get any shots of the Red-breasted Fly? both the ones at Spurn today were Pied -- one a iw with virtually no white in the wing --
