2 Temminck's Stints on pumping station scrapes this afternoon, found by Pete Haywood.
Also 2 Greenshank dropped in whilst I was there.

Great to have some good wader habitat near Lincoln again.

Visited these scrapes for the first time today and was impressed.
Great to see that with some help from ELS/HLS grant schemes farmers can bring back some lost habitats.
Top marks to the farmer whoever he is.
Love to see more extensive schemes between Lincoln and Bardney.

Both temminck stints & greenshank still there at 20:00 hours
One oystercatcher
three redshank
one sparrowhawk causing consternation among the lapwing
one common tern and several yellow wagtail
All this on the pumping station pit

2 temmincks stints to the rear of central mud patch only showed briefly during my stay

6 mute swan
my second visit couldnt locate last time tues aft till around 17.00 :D :D
