The Spoonbill was showing well again today on Tennyson's Sands.
Two Pintail also still present, plus a couple of nice Lesser Black-backed Gulls in full adult plumage also on Tennysons with a few Great Black-backed & Herring Gulls.
Very little else of significance was seen or heard in a walk around the reserve.

I hope the gentleman on the mobility scooter that took a tumble near Harvey's hide is OK.
Like the rest of us with photo gear, he was more concerned about possible damage to his camera than injury to himself!

Earlier, we called in at Brickyard Lane, Theddlethorpe but there was no sign of the Shore Larks.

Slightly off topic, yes I'm fine...pride rather than anything else dented!
Thanks also to the other gents who helped right my 'flipped' electric wheelchair.

Nice views (albeit a bit distant) of the spoonbill, however.

Thanks again, Roy; nice to meet you.

Dave.

Hi Roger,

Slightly different situation at Gib. Dave was trying to pull a wheelie in his electric wheelchair & tipped over backwards. He gave it just too much right hand at the wrong time!
Fortunately, all was well.

Roy
