just a couple of hrs late afternoon
very quite but what was for me a record count of little egret 22 including 18 in a line on the saltmarsh at high tide,
others of note
peregrine
12/15 yellow wags including quite a few pups
linnets
goldfinch
hundreds of gulls very high over the farmland, pyes area, must have been plenty of insects on the wing and more painted ladies than i cared to count,
5 kestrel
