typical i am down sniffing around grainthorpe - pyes (distant views of colin smale) looking for possible bee eaters and they fly past my front door :evil: :(

still i was birding morocco around 1985-6 in the high atlas range and we heard bee eaters, gradually getting closer an after about 10 mins approx 1000 birds came into view migrating northwards up the valley wot a sight :D :D :wink:
