At the Turbary this afternoon we saw 1 adult Fox which came within 3 metres of us whilst we were in Steve's Hide. They were the best views I've ever had of a fox. It stood quite still sniffing and staring in our direction before running off after several minutes. It was breathtaking.
We then did the loop walk around the heathland area where we had glimpses of another fox on several occasions - as if it was watching us! Not sure if it was the same one all the time or one of several. As we came out from the loop walk there was a juvenile fox on the path ahead of us, it ran off and we then saw another adult staring out at us!
