Whilst on my 24 hour birdwatch I encountered; many rabbits, one fox in Brigsley and a total of 15 Hare's my highest ever count. Had a total of 7 in one field south of Covenham Resevoir and even had a close encounter when one sat still and let me creep on him and photograph him at close distance.

Many thanks Anthony

Had one at Worlaby and one at Bonby Carrs yesterday. The latter crept up on me while I was sat in car having lunch while parked at one of the new gates, it suddenly appeared in front of car, and I managed to get some close-ups and a short video, it was funny how it kept looking up and all I could see was the black of it's ears.
