Another productive day with 99 new birds in total. Interestingly, the finches and Bramblings had moved on with the most abundant species being Robin (26), Song Thrush (11), Blackcap (9) and 10 Goldcrests. Highlights were a first year male Kingfisher and a male and female adult Ring Ouzel (a new ringing species for me). However, catching ceased at midday with absolutely nothing until we packed up at 1430. Very little visual passerine migration today.
