Evening.

Just had a visit from a neighbour (Boston area). Barn owls are currently raising a brood in his nest box for the first time and he wanted to know about the possibility of getting the chicks rung.

Is there somebody he can contact to get this done (if possible)? Alternatively, I have his contact details if somebody would like to talk to him about it.
