Travelling North along Leagate Road today about 8.20am at the T junction just South of the Leagate PH about a dozen Yellow Hammers on the road by Colsterworth Chicken farm. I presume enjoying the warmth of the sun. On my return, near the junction with Sandy Bank Lane a host of Yellow Hammers dashing around the bushes. I haven't seen so many together for a very long time. |
