What a wonderful visit today, thick fog to begin with but brighter later. 6.30am til lunchtime


Highlights:


1 Tawny Owl ( shared a magical ten mins with it out in the open less than 3 metres away - just me, it and the fog! A brilliant start to the day!! :D )

1 Whinchat ( a cracking male gave brief view then flew off - no chance of a photo - first I have seen here)

3 Common Tern (first of year for me)

1 Grasshhopper Warbler (reeling happily, my first this year)
