Sole Siskin that visited on Saturday has now returned with 2 more mates! Fed off niger seed and sunflower hearts. 1 drank from birdbath. They stayed in the garden for a good 15 minutes. Cracking little birds, aren't they? |

Had a text from a mate today - 'green woodpecker by the tree, siskins on the feeder, mallard on the pond, frog-spawn in the mallard.....' I'll tell him there could be another 15 next year..... |
