Extremely windy

Chaffinch c 50
Siskin c 20
Crossbill 1 (thanks Max)
Buzzard 1
All the tit species
Kestrel
Mistle Thrush

No mysterious big large red birds

Laughton Forest is a large area of mixed woodland between Gainsborough, Scunthorpe and the River Trent. The nearest village other than Laughton is Blyton. The forest is on the left hand side of the road as you drive from Blyton to Scotter. There are several entrances mainly on the south side. Not all of the area is open to the public
