Hiya,

The six white-fronted geese (OK - I could actually only see five, but I assume they were all there) were still on the wet grassland along with one semi-obliging Lapland bunting (male starting to aquire summer plumage), also 24 shoveller, barn owl, kingfisher, 10 gadwall.

You might also be interested to know that the concrete base for the new visitor centre went in today, plus the third and final hide will be constructed from Monday. The intention is still to open all the new facilities in early April.
