Cloudy overcast morning 6.30am-1pm 2 Marsh Harrier (1m1f) 5 Willow Tit (all together and very vocal) 2 GS Woodpecker 4 GC Grebe 4 Little Grebe 3 Reed Bunting (m) 4 Song Thrush (very vocal) 1 Pheasant (f) 3 Water rail 2 Grey Heron 1 Snipe 2 Bullfinch 1 Goldcrest 8 Mute Swan Lots Greylag + usual Tits, Blackbird, Tree Sparrow, Goldfinch, Wren, Robin etc Lots of signs that Spring is just around the corner ![]() ![]() ![]() Mandy |

5 Willow Tits together at this time of the year must now be very rare in Lincolnshire. Let's hope they have a good breeding season. |

I was surprised to see so many and they were more interested in each other to bother about me stood there observing them! I usually only see a couple of them and one is a very regular visitor to the feeding station. It was great to see 5 at once ![]() Mandy |
