late morning till about 14.30hrs, very quite generally, highlights
2 lap buntings approx 4/500 yds north of pyes feeding on small area with 2 small pools on also
20 reed bunts
15 goldfinch
4 skylark singing ( great )
merlin female
corn bunting heard only
looked for greenshank, only located at the very last look right at the end of the outfall.

inland from pyes
25 yellowhammer
12 greenshank whoops finch thank god for the edit feature
6 goldfinch
15 chaffinch
probably same corn bunt singing again.

bit of sun, bit of birding, great. annual black grouse trip tomorrow then to teeside area
