Very quiet this afternoon apart from:- 1 adult, winter plumaged, Mediterranean Gull flew over the mere but did not land. Teal numbers had increased to 25, Gadwall to 49 and 3 Shoveler were present. |

you didn,t miss the bittern either today, stayed for about half hour and nothing. nothing on the walk back either |
