As i was driving up doncaster rd scunny,I noticed a group of birds looking like waxwings ,turned round went back and counted 14 Waxwings on a tree in a front garden, there is however now 16 birds.john harriman came and alan and carol Hudson and mal also managed to see them, they flew off north after half an hour thou could still be about or return to same area,100 yards approx before the 30 mph sign going up the hill, either side of rd but mainly were right hand side.
first ive ever found myself in lincs(thou saw some when a kid in garden near me-told years later they were wwgs),usually unlucky with these birds ,but luck can change.
Cheers,
Roger.
