Quick look on the falling tide this morning, 08.30-09.45 saw the following:

GN Diver 1 west
RT Diver 3 west
Eider 30+
Velvet Scoter 1 AdM
RB Merg 5+
Goldeneye 5+
Merlin 1
Hen Harrier 1-2 (per Paul Sullivan)
Barn Owl 1 (wet grassland)

Isn't west heading inland?!

Also at Freiston/Witham Mouth on Sunday am;
Shag - 4
Peregine - 2
Whooper swan - 4 south (the new west)
Great northern diver - 2 north (the new east)
'Snowy' the imaginitively named partially leucistic ringed plover
One partially leucistic dunlin - how about 'Sanderlingy'?
Pintail - 50
Wigeon - 150

Previous weekend (22-23/11);
Common scoter - 173 in flocks of up to 80
Kittiwake - 209 in flocks of up to 67
Gannet - 2
Pale-bellied brent goose - 1
Shag - 1
Scaup - 2
Long-tailed duck - 2
Whooper swan - 12
Great skua - 4

The six white-fronts flew off north from Frampton today, when spooked by a helicopter.
