Post subject:  Stonebridge to Grainthorpe Haven

I forgot all about the seals and couldn't believe the car-park when I arrived about 09:45. What an amazing sight on the beack and what an unbelievable crowd

The Glaucous Gull was sat there about half a mile out from the car park at 10:30 - my first!

The long trek to the Shrike at Grainthorpe Haven was enjoyable and how it performed once I got there. A well behaved crowd got all the photos they could wish for - including on camera phones

What else was about?

Pink Footed Goose
Brent Geese
Brambling
Redwing
Yellowhanmmer
Sparrowhawk
Merlin
Hen Harrier nbm
Marsh Harrier nbm
Short Eared Owl nbm
Peregrine nbm
Little Grebe
Little Egret
Greenshank
Twite
Kestrel

nbm - not seen by me
