An Osprey was seen perched in a dead tree at Fen Lane Nth. Thoresby on Saturday morning, it flew south at 08.30 and had not returned by 09.30. Black-necked Grebe was still at Cov. Res. also 4 Grey Wagtails in a group by sailing club. Sorry about late posting - was out all yesterday, including twitching a Great Snipe in Yorkshire, & have had computer problems this morning.
