nice little trip and an enjoyable day out, met dave goddard (from the posh area of lincoln) alledgedly :wink: :D . Nice to put a face to a pen :lol: .

4/5 wood sands always good birds to see
3 green sands
4 common sands
lots of b/t godwit
2 ruff
24 ish little egret
common terns lots
sandwich terns lots
few little terns
2 arctic skua
3 gannet
3 common scoter
dunlins
sanderling
knot
golden plover
common gulls etc
good day out

Despite 2 hours scanning from the Wash Viewpoint...no sign of the Monty's
