One (Quail) calling yesterday in field to left of track as you walk towards bank. . Sat on bank for over a hour to see about two feathers for less than 1 second. There was no wind at time so kept seeing slight movement of the tall grass. P.S. never seen so many Meadow Pipits - must have been 50+ in the area! Immiture Gannet seen about a mile out (at low tide) going north. |
