Edmund and I surveyed c 1300 brent geese for this years young. At Wrangle outmarsh 1120 found along with 137 pink foots on cereal crop, also a stonechat in bushes along seabank and a kingfisher near pumping station, a further 230 brent at Freiston and a long tail duck, as well as several tens of thousands of gulls on the outer sandbanks, all during a clear sunny calm afternoon , cheers, John.

Hi John

Just for our records, where exactly was the long-tailed duck?

Cheers,

Paul
