Highlights at Gib today: 17 Curlew Sands (16 at north end of the reserve & 1 on Tennysons) 1 Little Stint (on Tennysons) 2 Greenshank 25 Black-tailed Godwit 3 Pink-footed Geese south 6 Little Egret 1 Marsh Harrier 2 Kingfisher 1 Brambling Light passage of Sand Martins south Also: Curlew Sand at Humberston Yacht Club pools this am. Tennyson's Sands this morning Pinkfeet 58 west Marsh Harrier 1 female Avocet 2 Ringed Plover 4 Golden Plover 220 Dunlin 12 Little Stint 2 Black-tailed Godwit 130 Spotted Redshank 2 Snipe 6 Kingfisher 1 Also Little Egret 17 Hobby 1 south, Great spot 1 Stonechat 2 Cheers, Rob. |

Great to read your first post Rob - you have alot to contribute so hopefully it will be followed by many others. The 16 Curlew Sands were still there at 16:30. |
