Two summer plummage Little Gull on the beach with mixed flock of terns at high tide this morning.

Hi Roy,
Next time I'll try to remember to take the scope with me! They were mostly Sandwich Terns. Wader numbers are starting to build up also.

South side of Saltfleet Haven, early on rising tide, little stint 2, greenshank 1, whimbrel 5 over, dunlin 124, knot 9, bar tail godwit 7, wheatear 1, merlin1, John.

Hi Terry,
I did check out Petit Camargue today,only Common Sand, nearly dry. Prob. Worth checking tomorrow after all thjs rain.
Manby Flashes too much water, only Mute Swans and brood of Tufteds.

Good to see the wader numbers going up on the other reserve also.

21 07 07, haven area, morning and evening seawatches, several flocks of dunlin, knot , oystercatchers, and sanderling, also 32 common scoter
9 gannet north, small number of sandwhich terns south.
cycle ride along back road and bridle road to Manby, Long Eau almost topping its banks 5 green sands and 2 common sands on fields along with c 70 curlews and 9 grey herons, John.
