The Osprey showed well from 16.10 until 17.00 ish (Sat 7th) and had apparently returned again by 18.00 hrs. 1 aborted fishing attempt witnessed.

I was at Woodland Waters this afternoon(Wednesday) until 7pm. An Osprey flew over and around for 10 minutes at 6.05pm but didn't stay to fish. It flew off SW.

It reappeared at 20:00 with a large fish in its talons and flew over the brow of the hill to the north of Woodland Water - and possibly a second bird followed it a few minutes later.
