Single drake goldeneye looking good on lake at Cleethorpes country park in midday sunshine today. In my experience, species is only an irregular visitor to this site, and this bird was my first of the current winter. Apart from a few tufted duck, mallard, coot, b-h gulls and one cormorant, not much else on the water. |
