0910 to 1040 hrs, Another arrival of thrushes finches etc this morning in murky dank conditions with light shower the usual MoD to BL patch, Redwing c 120 dropped in briefly then most moved on , blackbird c 80 chaffinch c 70 bullfinch 6, brambling 3, siskin 5 over, yellow browed 2 chiffchaff 2, wheatear 1 , rock pipit 7, lapland bunting 1. regards John |

more thrushes (mostly redwings )and starlings arriving well into afternoon ,also 9 fieldfare, c 30 song thrush 1 stonechat, c 20 goldcrests 9 blackbird and 27 redwing feeding on my garden lawn at 1700 hrs regards John |
