Highlights during the WeBS count of the realignment area were 400 Common Redshanks, 4 Spotted Redshanks, 3 Greenshanks, 7 Ruffs, a Mediterranean Gull, 220 Wigeon, 2 Pintail, 10 Brent Geese, 4 Rock Pipits, 2 Siskins and a Merlin. 270 Pink-footed Geese in six skeins headed south. |
