A good day for raptor passage at the south end. A total of 26 Common Buzzards in five parties moved south with 4 Kestrels, a Peregrine and a Marsh Harrier. A Cetti's Warbler and a Yellow-browed Warbler were on the dunes and the first 2 Rock Pipits of the autumn were on the outmarsh at Quad 3. The sea was quiet with 25 Wigeon, 20 Sandwich Terns and a Red-throated Diver seen.
