Dull, damp, murky morning on patch but well worth going out:- Short-eared Owl flushed from drain bank down pig lane, only my 3rd patch record in 34 years. 6 Shelduck on mere, patch record count. 6 Eygptian Geese on winter wheat field. 9 Tree Sparrows by retreat feeders. 2 Little Egrets. |
