A morning at Gib with John Shaughnessy and several others, with the following being seen: Richard's Pipit 2, still present on the spit south of the tern warden hut YB Warbler 3-4, inc one trapped in the East dunes Redwing 250+ Siskin 40+ Ring Ousel 11, inc one trapped in the East dunes Brambling 2 Lesser Whitethroat 1 trapped showing characteristics of one of the eastern races, a pale sandy bird. Biometrics/tail pattern inconclusive. Photo will appear on Gib Pt blog this evening (per George Gregory) Phil |
