26.8.15: I was surprised and delighted to see a pair of Redstarts fly across the path I was on to the south of Dragonfly Lake. I subsequently spotted a Kingfisher along the drainage channel. Also: Heron, Tufted Duck(24+), Coot(24+), Gadwall(12+, Great Crested Grebe(3), Mute Swan. Audible only: Great Spotted Woodpecker and Jay. |
