Walk this afternoon east of Horncastle revealed:- Male hen harrier flying low over arable fields, repeatedly quartering an area, giving good views, near Mareham-on-the- Hill. also nearby Kestrel 1 hunting near roadside at Scrafield Fork. Buzzards 2 in valley below Hameringham village. Yellowhammer 1 single bird on bush at Low Hameringham. plus the usual blackbirds,blue tits, etc. Cheers Rob |
