I was working offshore on Friday, a whilst returning to Grimsby fishdocks, approx. 15-20 miles offshore (therefore debatable if this is actually in Lincolnshire water...) I counted a considerable number of adult and 1st winter Little Gulls (c1500+), with numerous flocks of over 20-25 birds. Clearly these birds are not being picked up from the shore.... |

Think 15 miles is a bit ambitious for my scope Andrew! The horizon in Lincs is what? Certainly less than the 10 miles you can see at Flamborough |
