The WeBS count for the realignment area was undertaken during thundery showers, so some counts will be incomplete. Waders were 120 Golden Plovers, 47 Redshanks, 4 Greenshanks, 27 Avocets, 21 Common Snipe, Green Sandpiper, 2 Wood Sandpipers, 7 Common Sandpipers, 3 Curlews, Whimbrel, Little Stint, Knot, 39 Dunlin, 3 Little Ringed Plovers and 9 Ruffs. Other highlights included 25 Little Egrets, 3 Mediterranean Gulls, a Brent Goose and a Common Buzzard. At sea, 20 Common Scoters flew into the Humber.
