A few bits and bobs from 6 hours this morning included: 1 Cc Marsh Harrier south 45 Sanderling 10 Whimbrel 6 Common Tern 25 Sandwich Tern 35 Sand Martin south 1 Greenshank 12 Little Egret 1 singing male Turtle Dove 1 singing male Grasshopper Warbler. Very few Dunlin feeding at Rimac and about half a dozen Ringed Plover was pretty poor. Also 1 Juv. Marsh Harrier flew south across the Humber from Spurn at Cleethorpes this aft. Regards, Steve. |
