Post subject:  Donna Nook, 3rd April.

Most of today's grounded migrants at the south end were thrushes. Ca. 30 Blackbirds present with 14 Redwings, 7 Fieldfares, 2 Mistle Thrushes, 3 Song Thrushes plus a fine male Ring Ouzel adding icing to the cake near the Coastguard cottages. Other birds of note were 2 Corn Buntings, 2 Chiffchaffs, 2 Goldcrests and a Wheatear.
