A selection of some of the more interesting sightings from a lovely spring like morning stroll. Goosander - 6 (5m + 1f) with one of the males being rather protective of the female Shoveler - 7 (a good count from here) Kingfisher - 1 Buzzard - 5 circling together giving wonderful views in the sunshine Both Green and Great spotted Woodpeckers were very vocal this morning here and in Hartsholme Park.
