11-30am ish
Bittern , flew down to the north side of the Main drain at side of
Mere, then made its way back up the bank.
Kingfisher/ down drain
Bullfinch M/F
Siskin 2
Redpoll 6 at Mere/ 50+ near Catchwater drain
Yellowhammer 2
Mistle Thrush 2
Fieldfare 25+
Kestrel

Also on the patch this morning:-
1 Woodcock under holly bush in wood.
2 Mute Swans, 41 Mallard, 8 Common & 35 Black-headed Gulls on small patch of open water at the mere but all the Coot have moved out.
5 Skylarks flew SE but no sign of the big flock which was on the stubble field.
2 Willow Tits and 1 Treecreeper by feeders in west bay.
Lesser Redpoll flock now numbers c80, feeding on weed seeds (no sign of any Common Redpolls).
