I have been working since the 9th of December so birding has been non existant. Only time is half an hour of morning light some days. But I have had some good birds for the area.

10 Moorhen
3 Cormorants
1 Grey Heron
2 Tawny owl, 1 Showing down to 5 feet on Thursday, just a shame it was dark and I didn't have my camera.
1 Peregrine (today)

The Peregrine had me a little confused. A medium sized Bird . The Bird flew unlike any Bird of Prey I have seen maybe because of the strong words. The wings looked long, narrow and pointed more like a Hobby. It just didn't shout out Peregrine at first but to large for a Kestrel and well a Hooby at this time of year Doubt it. So probably a male or Juv Peregrine.
