Frampton, c 1500 fieldfare in hedgerows and fields entering site, brent goose 633 of which 22 young, 40 barnacle geese, 1 rough legged buzzard ( showing its black carpals and dark belly ) over the saltmarsh Freiston, wet grassland, hundreds of mixed waders , golden plover, black tailed godwit, redshank, lapwing,curlew ruff, brent goose 642 12 young and 2 pale bellied and a superb black brant, 1 barnacle, no colour ringed birds seen. a superb example of habitat creation and a complement to RSPB.
