| Post subject: | Market Rasen Waxwings |
At 1040, a flock of c15 Waxwings alighted briefly on a berry less Rowan tree near my place in Wells Drive. I just got my binoculars on them when they flew off towards Linwood Road. At 10pm I had a look at Bird Guides and was surprised to see that someone had put on a sighting of Waxwings in Market Rasen at 1040!!! It certainly wasn't me and puts into question the integrity of Bird Guides and similar systems if people are submitting other people's sightings without any first hand knowledge!! Anyone going to own up? |

Despite having a cycle all round the area yesterday and today, no further sign. |
