Tight flock feeding amongst samphire beds this afternoon nr Brickyard. At least 100+ birds.

This morning the Twite were still here ca. 150 with 9 Snow Bunting and some Linnet, 3 Whooper Swan flew south.
At Rimac a Merlin caught and ate a Goldfinch.

5 Whooper Swans 'missing' from yesterday's flock of 19 on the fields at Donna Nook. Also 7 Mute Swans present and the first 2 Bewick's Swans of the autumn.
